Advanced Settings

Billing & Subscription

Your subscription details live under Settings > Billing. From here you can check your current plan, see when you're next billed, and download invoices. It's read-only, so if you need to change anything, get in touch with us.


Your Subscription

The subscription card shows your current plan, how many seats you're on, and the billing interval (monthly or annual). A status badge in the top corner tells you at a glance whether everything is healthy:

  • Active (green): you're all good
  • Trialing (blue): you're in a free trial, and the end date is shown
  • Past Due (red): a payment didn't go through. Contact us and we'll sort it.

If you see "No active subscription found", your account hasn't been linked to a Stripe subscription yet. Drop us a message and we'll get that fixed.


Payment Method

The card currently on file is shown below your subscription. To update it, contact your ORCA account manager.


Invoice History

All invoices are listed in reverse date order. Each row shows the date, amount, currency, and payment status. Click Download PDF on any row to get a Stripe-hosted copy of the invoice. Handy for accounting or expense claims.


If You Don't See a Billing Tab

The Billing tab only appears if your account has been granted billing visibility. If you're an account admin and think you should be able to see it, get in touch.
