Feedback

This is a global section within ORCA. Here you can understand your internal operations better.

Definitely not just for larger companies - even a small team can find benefit in sharing bottlenecks or hurdles internally. These can then be picked up by us or your line managers, and discussions can be had regarding changes to sections or improvements with the flow of the system.

Add some Feedback

You can leave feedback from any page in ORCA - Simply click the feedback icon in the top right.

From the slide-in panel you can choose between "Suggestion" or "Bug" and detail what the issue is.

ORCA will automatically pick up on the page you are on, making it easy to track down any issue or suggestion.

The status of any feedback, and any notes associated with it, are updated through emails - so you will always know the status of your request.

View and Act on Feedback

All feedback is available from the Feedback menu in the main menu. You can also check on the status of all feedback there.

This is a great place to turn honest insights into product improvements and stronger relationships.
