Thank you for choosing ORCA.

ORCA has been designed and built from the ground up as a modern CRM with a focus on speed, flexibility, and usability.

With a system as flexible as this there is a natural level of complexity which is unavoidable. Hopefully though, the core functions will be all you need to supercharge your workflow, and if there are more challenging requirements, you can find the answers to any questions in these pages.

If you are still struggling to make something work, or if a behaviour doesn't quite seem right, you can always raise a feedback support request. The easiest way to do this is through the "Feedback" form which resides in the top-right of every page, just beside your avatar.


Logging in

You should have been automatically assigned your temporary password when your account was activated, but if this has been lost simply click "Forgot Password" in the login screen.

Forgotten Password

If you are unable to log in, or have forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password" to be sent a Password Reset Link. These reset links are valid for one hour, so please ensure you click on it within 60 minutes to reset your password.

A strong password is mandatory, so please ensure you are using at least 8 characters, and a mix of upper case, lower case, numerals, and symbols.

2 Factor Authentication

All subscriptions come with 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) as default; if you decide to use it, you can set this up as part of your profile. It takes the form of adding a mobile device as a secondary authentication method, and submitting the 6 digit code from this app when requested.

Getting help

Once logged in, the simplest way to solve most problems is to search for answers in these help pages. If you cannot find what you are looking for, please raise a feedback request using the feedback form and we will deal with your message ASAP.

Submit a suggestion

Every organisation is different, and every use-case will be specific to your requirements. If something would make your life easier or your workflow more streamlined, just raise a suggestion request.

If we don't have the answers immediately, we can look to add specific functionality to your bespoke build, or add it to the core ORCA functionality for future releases.

We are always keen to better understand your requirements and bottlenecks, so please do not hesitate to make a suggestion.

Submit a bug

Despite our best efforts, every so often a bug will raise its head from the depths of the ORCA code-base. We try very hard to ensure these never hit a "production" environment, but if you spot something not working as expected, please raise a bug feedback.

We tackle errors, bugs, and patches extremely quickly, so the sooner we know about it the better, and hopefully it won't be a problem for long.
