ORCA Standard Sections

ORCA ships with a set of standard sections that every CRM will need. Here's a quick overview of what's available out of the box.

The Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in. It shows your open tasks, upcoming interactions, recent accounts, and a live activity feed - giving you a clear picture of where things stand without having to dig through individual records.

The greeting at the top adapts to your day: if you have overdue tasks or something scheduled for today, it'll say so. If your slate is clear, it'll tell you that too.

Accounts

The Accounts section keeps track of all your companies and organisations - from global corporations to small independents. Each account has standard fields like name and address, but you can add as many custom fields as you need.

Contacts

Contacts are the people associated with your accounts. Like accounts, they come with standard fields out of the box, and you can extend them with custom fields to capture whatever's relevant to your workflow.

Meetings

The Meetings section is where you log, track, and review all interactions with clients and colleagues - calls, in-person visits, video sessions, and everything in between. Meetings link back to your accounts and contacts automatically, so your history is always in context.

Communications

A dedicated place to track email and other correspondence. You can log manually, or simply BCC comms@orca-crm.com and ORCA will capture the message automatically - associating it with the right contacts and accounts without any manual input.

Feedback

The Feedback section lets anyone on your team flag suggestions or bugs directly from within ORCA. There's a feedback icon in the top-right of every page - click it to raise a suggestion or report an issue without breaking your flow.
